General Terms
Last updated: 1 October 2026
SimSwift provides prepaid travel eSIM data packages. We provide our Platform and Services through NORIX DEV EOOD, a single-member limited liability company (ЕООД) registered in Bulgaria at 1 Papunka Str., village of Grozdyovo, 9106, Dolni Chiflik Municipality, Varna Region, Bulgaria (UIC/EIK: 208920554; tax number: 208920554; incorporated 19.08.2026; activity: IT and Software; email: support@simswift.io; phone: +359886360883). We work with network operators and eSIM providers and make their mobile data services available to our customers as SimSwift eSIM packages for many countries and regions.
Before using our Services (eSIM data packages and the related support we provide) or our Platform (our website simswift.io and pages managed by SimSwift on social media), please read the terms and policies that apply to you. These include:
- These “General Terms”, which always apply;
- The “Terms of Use of our Services”, which apply when you buy or use our Services, including our Refund Policy;
- Where you have been given access to our Services by a third party, such as a partner of SimSwift, the Terms of Use still apply, but should be read together with your agreement with that third party. Different pricing and payment or refund processes may apply. We are not responsible for the actions of that third party or for your agreement with it, but this does not limit our own obligations to you under these Terms or under the law; and
- Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which apply whenever we process your personal data, and our Acceptable Use Policy, which applies whenever you use our Platform or Services.
(together, our “Terms”)
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy our Services.
You accept these Terms when you create an account or place an order. If you do not accept them, please do not create an account or place an order. When you simply browse our website, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
We may update our Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our Services. We publish the updated version on this website with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, we notify registered users by email before the changes take effect. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the change. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you can close your account at any time.
Third Parties.
Our Platform links to, or uses, services of third parties, for example our payment service providers (FlowaPay, Paytech and PayPal) and social media platforms. Where those services have their own terms of use, those terms also apply to your use of them.
Sharing information with SimSwift.
Your privacy is important to us. Personal data we collect about you while you use our Services or Platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights.
All intellectual property rights in our Platform and Services are owned by or licensed to SimSwift. This includes copyright (including in our computer software), trade marks, know-how, trade secrets, and the design, compilation, and look and feel of our Platform (together, the “intellectual property rights”). You agree to use our Platform and Services only for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. We value your feedback. Where you provide us with feedback, we may choose to incorporate it into our Services or Platform, and you confirm that no intellectual property right arises in relation to such feedback and that no compensation is due to you.
Liability.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where this is not permitted by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if the Services do not conform to the contract.
Subject to the paragraph above: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits. Our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the greater of the price you paid for that order or EUR 100.
Mobile networks are operated by third-party network operators. We do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, speed or network quality in every location, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by the network operator, by your device, or by events beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights if the Services do not conform to the contract.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against claims by third parties (including authorities) arising out of your unlawful use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.
Entering into the contract (distance contract).
The contract between you and NORIX DEV EOOD (UIC/EIK 208920554) is a distance contract within the meaning of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите). It is concluded online through this website, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties.
To enter into the contract: (1) choose an eSIM package; (2) on the checkout page, review the selected package and enter your contact details (first and last name, email and phone) and your billing address; (3) review the order summary, which states the package, data allowance, validity and the total price; (4) confirm that you are at least 18 years old, accept these terms, and expressly request immediate delivery of the eSIM, acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once the eSIM is activated (see the Refund Policy); (5) complete payment by card, PayPal, or SimSwift points. Card payments may require 3-D Secure authentication by your bank.
Before you pay, you can review and correct every detail you entered, and you can change the selected package. You may stop the process at any time before payment is completed. If you do, no contract is concluded and no amount is charged.
By submitting payment you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, including the General Terms and the Terms of Use of our Services, and that you place an order with an obligation to pay.
The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. A confirmation is then shown on screen, the eSIM is provisioned, and the order together with the payment receipt and invoice (PDF) is sent to the email address you entered. The order is also available in your order history, where you can view and download it. If you checked out without an account, you can access the order with the same email address. If payment fails or is not confirmed, no contract is concluded and the order is not fulfilled.
Main information before you order: the package page and the checkout show the main characteristics of the service (country or region covered, data allowance and validity period), the total price and the currency in which you will be charged. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay and includes applicable taxes. No additional fees are added at checkout. The eSIM is delivered digitally, by email and in your account, immediately after payment is confirmed. It works only on an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device, so please check your device before you buy. Every purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription: it does not renew automatically, and the service ends when the data allowance or the validity period of the package runs out.
We are responsible for any lack of conformity of the eSIM service with the contract under the Bulgarian law on the supply of digital content and digital services (Закон за предоставянето на цифрово съдържание и цифрови услуги и за продажбата на стоки). If your eSIM does not work as described, contact support@simswift.io. You are entitled to have it brought into conformity or, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund, as provided by that law and by the Terms of Use.
These terms remain available on this website, including the General Terms and the Terms of Use pages, so you can read, save or print them at any time.
The contract is concluded in English, Turkish or Bulgarian, depending on the language selected on the website.
Rights and obligations of the parties.

NORIX DEV EOOD has the right to: (a) receive the price of the package you ordered; (b) update, change or discontinue features of the service as described in these terms; (c) suspend or close an account as described in the Terms of Use (section “Ending the contract and closing your account”); (d) refuse or cancel an order whose payment is not confirmed, or an order covered by the section “Restricted jurisdictions”.
You undertake to: (a) give accurate, complete and up-to-date details when you create an account and when you order; (b) pay the price of the package you order; (c) keep your account access details confidential and tell us immediately about any unauthorised use; (d) use the service only in accordance with these terms and applicable law; (e) use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device that you are responsible for.
You have the right to: (a) use the service within the package you paid for; (b) receive a receipt and an invoice for your payments; (c) withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, until the eSIM is activated, or request a refund, as described in the Refund Policy and in the Terms of Use (section “Right of withdrawal”); (d) send questions and complaints to support@simswift.io; (e) exercise your rights regarding your personal data under the GDPR, as described in the Privacy Policy; (f) close your account at any time, free of charge and without a notice period.
Governing law, complaints and dispute resolution.
These terms and any contract with us are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer and live in another country of the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
Complaints: please contact us first at support@simswift.io or +359886360883 (Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 UK time) with your order number and a description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.
Courts: if you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings either in the courts of Bulgaria or in the courts of the EU country where you live, and we may bring proceedings against you only in the courts of the country where you live (Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012). If you use our Services as a business customer, the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction.
Out-of-court resolution: if you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (Комисия за защита на потребителите, KZP), Sofia, kzp.bg, and refer the dispute to its Conciliation Commissions for out-of-court (ADR) resolution. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre Bulgaria (ecc.bg) offers free help with cross-border disputes.
Business customers only: if you use our Services as a business customer, you agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action, to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to consumers, who keep all their statutory rights, including the right to be represented in a representative action.
Enforcement of Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be disregarded to the extent that it is unenforceable, and the rest of these Terms will remain in force.
